ABOUT ME
As an entrepreneurial leader in the social sector, I enjoyed bringing diverse people together to create a positive impact for the communities we served. I have been a successful CEO with hundreds of employees, and on the senior management team looking after 20 million members in the US with a global reach. Authoring several leadership-oriented resource books has integrated into my work with executive forums and professional associations in North America, Europe, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East. My work today is focused on building inspirational, authentic, and inclusive leadership skills for individuals, couples, leadership teams, and peer-led forums. I enjoy working with people who want to work!
To promote connection in supportive community, I bring a style that is engaging, challenging, and fun. Others describe me as warm, loyal, and open. I connect well with those seeking personal and professional growth, while aligning with their core sense of purpose.
I am a Certified Forum Facilitator for the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO)and affiliated with On Course International . I work in many LGBT+ communities and also with rising leaders in my role as Director of Redwood Leadership Recreation Laboratory.
My time is spent between homes in Palm Springs, California, and in the high country of Colorado. I enjoy a global circle of friends and associates, along with my two daughters and three grandkids. Outdoor sports including skiing, mountain biking, paddling, and trail running keep me active. And there is nothing better than a creative meal with good conversation and a glass of wine at sunset.
