ABOUT ME
As an entrepreneurial leader in the social sector, I’ve always been driven to bring diverse people together to create meaningful, positive impact. I’ve served as a successful CEO and as a senior executive responsible for engaging over 20 million members across the U.S., with a global reach.
My leadership journey has included authoring several leadership-focused resource books, which integrate into my work with executive forums and professional associations across North America, Europe, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Today, my work centers on developing inspirational, authentic, and inclusive leadership—for individuals, couples, leadership teams, and peer-led forums. To foster genuine connection and support, I bring a style that is engaging, challenging, and fun. I’m often described as warm, loyal, and open. I thrive when working with those committed to personal and professional growth,
I am a Certified Forum Facilitator for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and affiliated with On Course International. I also serve as Director of Redwood Leadership Recreation Laboratory, working with emerging leaders and within many LGBT+ communities.
I split my time between homes in Palm Springs, California, and the high country of Colorado. My global circle of friends and colleagues, along with my two daughters and three grandkids, keep life rich and full. I stay active through skiing, mountain biking, paddling, and trail running—and there’s nothing better than a good meal, great conversation, and a glass of wine at sunset.
