Executive Leadership Development

As an entrepreneurial leader in the social sector, I enjoyed bringing diverse people together to create a positive impact for the communities we served.  I have been a successful CEO with hundreds of employees, and on the senior management team looking after 20 million members in the US with a global reach.  Authoring several leadership-oriented resource books has integrated into my work with executive forums and professional associations in North America, Europe, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East.  My work today is focused on building inspirational, authentic, and inclusive leadership skills for individuals, couples, leadership teams, and peer-led forums.  I enjoy working with people who want to work!  

To promote connection in supportive community, I bring a style that is engaging, challenging, and fun.  Others describe me as warm, loyal, and open.  I connect well with those seeking personal growth, finding their "edge," or aligning with their core sense of purpose.  

I am a Certified Forum Facilitator for the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and affiliated with On Course International .  I also work with social sector and rising leader forums in my role as CEO of Redwood Leadership Recreation Laboratory.  

My time is split between homes in the California desert and the high country of Colorado.  While I was married for twenty five years and with a male partner for another six, I now enjoy a global circle of friends and associates, along with two daughters and three grandkids.  I love most outdoor sports, international travel, a stimulating conversation with a creative meal, and a nice glass of wine at sunset.  Let’s connect.
